To maximize your return on investment, we offer a range of training options designed to ensure users of the system become familiar with its functionality as quickly as possible.
Our training is customized to the needs of your organization and can be delivered via:
- Individual, hands-on training
- Small group training
- Seminars
- Computer based training
Content is targeted to the specific needs of users. We also design our training so that it is able to be replicated with new staff, and scalable so it can grow with your organization’s requirements.
stSoftware offers three levels of training:
Training for users: Our solutions are designed to be highly intuitive and most users find it easy to navigate and to use with very little instruction. We do however, offer training to assist users to quickly assimilate how the system works and where they can find various information. This minimizes change management issues and maximizes the benefit the organization derives from its investment.
Training for administrators: This training equips administrators with the skills needed to add or change users, manage and assign permission rights and other system wide customization the application provides.
Technical training: Technical training introduces clients to the tools used to customize the application. This training assumes some prerequisite understanding of web technologies.
